Fine views, amazing infinity pool, abundant wildlife on the hotel

The transport service only takes you to the public beach and doesn't assist with properly navigating the area!!!

The hotel was clean and ideal, had magnificent views of the sea. We ate at a nice restaurant with a full included breakfast buffet. The location in a downtown area was incredible and there were souvenir shops and a supermarket nearby. Visited few places in the centre, just a pleasant stroll away from the venue...

Fine ocean view and great staff, but the bathroom had no door.

We had an excellent stay for 3 nights.

We really enjoyed the ocean king room which was neat and updated by the ac unit. The location was amazing and gorgeous - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The property was located near a bus stop. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with romantic view and the patio, for example as expected. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing.

Their staff were unpleasant.

A Fine Stay for Couples

We had an ocean sunrise view room that was like paradise. Waking up to the sounds of wildlife and amazing views every morning was lovely.

It wasn't inexpensive but worth every penny.

great views but minor parking confusion

The views from our Premier Sunrise Ocean View Room were fine, especially during sunrise! We appreciated the really good service from the staff, particularly from John, Fabio, and Kendall. Watching the wildlife from our balcony was a nice experience-especially spotting a sloth and various monkeys. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local attractions easily.

Initially, we were a bit confused about the parking situation upon arrival.

Staying in the Ocean Sunrise View Room provided amazing views of the sea and beaches, especially during sunset. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local restaurants. Staff were very attentive and even arranged a delicious breakfast box for us on an early morning. The infinity pool was a fantastic spot to relax, but the room's layout was quite unconventional with no wardrobe space, made organizing our belongings challenging.

The amazing views of the ocean were the highlight of our stay. The staff was attentive, and the infinity pool was an absolute hit with my kids. Breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order options that kept us well-fueled for our daily adventures.

In my wife's opinion, the kids wished for more children's activities or entertainment options at the hotel.

The views from my room were amazing, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The three pools had fine ocean views. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The fresh egg station and tropical fruits were good. I encountered some issues. The hot tub wasn't functioning properly, disappointing. I also found that the toiletries could use improvement. Just small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided without any extras. It was like a romantic getaway despite the minor setbacks. I would definitely return for the beautiful scenery and great service.
